This Agreement should be reviewed at a minimum once per fiscal year; however, in lieu of a review during any period specified, the current Agreement will remain in effect. The Business Relationship Manager "Document Owner" is responsible for facilitating regular reviews of this document.

Contents of this document may be amended as required, provided mutual agreement is obtained from the primary stakeholders and communicated to all affected parties.

The penalty fees themselves should be detailed in Schedule 2. When completing the Schedules, provide as much detail as possible. These should be read carefully and selected so as to be compatible with one another. Unused options should be removed from the document. These address the freedom of the parties to deal with third parties. You may wish to include one or both of these depending on the bias you wish the agreement to adopt.
